About Me

Choosing a therapist online is like internet dating. You won’t know if I am the right fit until we meet (either virtually or in-person).

My approach is integrative. This means I draw on many therapeutic styles including psychodynamic, existential, relational and humanistic/person-centred therapy.

I have a Masters in psychotherapy, a BA Hons in Psychology, and a BACP accredited Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Minster Centre in London, one of the most respected therapy training institutions in the UK.

Before qualifying as a therapist, I worked as a psychology journalist, exploring what makes us tick and giving people space to share their experiences.

What I can help with:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • existential worries

  • grief & loss

  • life transitions & choices

  • relationship problems

  • self-esteem issues

  • separation & divorce

  • trauma & abuse

  • work stresses
